A unique opportunity to develop a greenfield project of a world-class silica sands project with Azure Capital in Queensland, Australia. MBC's role in this project was a strategic marketing consultant.

Income Group aims to be a leading producer of high-purity silica sand and meta kaolin for green technology and advanced industries. MBC's role in the greenfield project was to prepare the marketing plan including competition and sensitive analysis.

MBC had the opportunity, on behalf of a German client, to carry out a greenfield project in Korea. MBC was responsible for negotiations with the Korean authorities to find a suitable site and secure non-repayable grants. It established a Korean company, which then built the plant, even during the COVID pandemic. MBC had to operate during the lockdown, but the factory was constructed on schedule and within the planned budget. MBC also managed the new company during the start-up phase, introducing its products to customers and structuring its organization.

Adwan has built a new, modern facility for sand processing. Adwan commissioned MBC to prepare a marketing plan to commercialize the new products in the Mediterranean region and introduce them to customers through visits or participation in trade fairs.

Adwan, a longtime strategic customer of MBC built a cristobalite kiln in Ryadh (40m USD investment). MBC presented the idea of producing cristobalite (silica sand calcinated at 1200 degrees C) to Adwan in 2013 and had the opportunity to work as a consultant throughout all phases of the project's implementation.
